  • To ensure your planter continues to beautify your home for a long time, follow these recommendations:

    1. When watering (Very important!)

    • Remove the pot: Because cotton is a natural fiber, it absorbs moisture. Always remove the plant pot before watering.

    • Drainage: Make sure the pot is not dripping before placing it back in the cachepot. Constant contact with water can cause stains on the cotton or mold on the wood and fiber.

    2. Cleaning and Washing

    • Dust: For daily cleaning, use a duster or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush nozzle.

    • Washing: If washing is necessary, always opt for hand washing.

      • Use neutral soap.

      • Do not soak for too long.

      • Caution with the wood: Try to keep the wooden parts (handle and bead) out of the water as much as possible to prevent the wood from swelling or losing its shine.

    3. Drying and Shaping

    • Always dry in the shade. Direct sunlight can fade the natural fibers of cotton over time.

    • Horizontal plane: Dry the piece lying down so that the weight of the water does not deform the crochet stitches.

    • The Tassel: After drying, if the tassel looks "messy," you can gently comb it with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to restore its alignment.

    4. Where to hang it

    • Avoid locations with excessive humidity (such as uncovered outdoor areas exposed to rain) or constant, aggressive sunlight.
